At Mouches Fishing, we understand the excitement of receiving your new fishing gear. That’s why we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (€12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Free Shipping (Orders over €50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, with all tags and original packaging
  • Customized or modified products cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used fly fishing accessories (Accessoires mouche déjà utilisés)
  • Sharpened hooks (Hameçons affûtés)
  • Opened caterpillar and body materials (Chenilles et matériaux de corps ouverts)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service by emailing [email protected] with the subject « Demande de retour » and include:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Our team will send you a return authorization with shipping instructions
  3. Carefully package your items including the return slip (if provided)

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

  • We will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive and validate your return
  • If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the amount accordingly
  • Shipping costs for the replacement item are your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
